ESuarve Fundraising Campaign
Launch Fundraising Campaign for E_Suarve

On Tuesday, 16 May we proudly launch our next major fundraising campaign to support the Ormeau based Not For Profit organisation that helps disengaged youth. Everything Suarve helps disengaged youth via a tried and tested course called the "Big Brother Program". This program offers engaging ways to learn in a safe environment that also creates employment pathways at the end of the program. The program has experienced over a 90% success rate and is currently running the 10th program since 2021.

We invite all members, guests and interested parties along to this special presentation at the Pimpama Tavern on Tuesday, 16 May 2023. Please join us at 6.00 pm for a social get-together with complimentary finger food provided prior to our guest speaker, Jo Te Puni-Fromont, Co-Founder of ESuarve, taking to the floor at 7.00pm to introduce his organisation. Councillor Mark Hammel will introduce Jo, and we are sure you will find Jo is an inspirational and resolute leader in the field of assisting and improving the lives of disadvantaged young people in our community.

At a time when youth crime is constantly making headlines in our media, ESuarve provides a solution and importantly an opportunity for these young people and the results will truly amaze you, engaging with youth that have no sense of direction or purpose, those suffering from substance abuse issues or homelessness, or have become disengaged from education or estranged from their support networks such as family and friends.

This important night will be the launch of our fundraising campaign to purchase a 12-seater bus for ESuarve which will assist them further in the fantastic work they undertake in this area.

Members, guests, and friends … this is our opportunity to listen, embrace and support our Club's action to assist this worthwhile locally based Not For Profit and to play our part to assist the troubled youth in our community and stem the tide of youth based violence.

Please RSVP your attendance to assist with catering by emailing admin@ormeaupimpamarotary.org
